Front desk person was very pleasant

Trouble with the tv. Responds was not very helpful. But the CLEANING PERSON took matters into her hands and called the technician to resolve the issue.

Room was very large and hotel clean!

Gym had several missing or broken machines/equipment. Also AC was noisy

I liked the cleanliness and size of the room. The bed was very comfortable

Location only!

It was VERY outdated and old. The furniture was so stained and disgusting we were afraid to Sit on it. The bathroom shower was nasty and the doors were falling off the shower. The Fire alarm went off after 5 minutes of being there. Staff said it?s normal

The breakfast and staff was rude wouldn¿t say hello or anything just gave a weird look.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions about things to do and getting around Arlington.

It was close to Globe life field which why we stayed there after the game.

The Trolley that took us from the hotel to the game was late so we missed getting the free give away being given to the first 12,000 people.

Location

Very dirty. Bad smell as you walked in the door each time, carpet dirty and carpet pad coming up all over¿tripping hazard, electrical plug loose and coming out off wall. Ice machines out of ice. Handrails in elevator loose. Luggage carts in bad repair.

It¿s proximity to AT&T Stadium

There were no bath towels in room and when called for towels maid did not believe me and had to check and then only left two bath towels. Then when showering the water never got hot. At best it was Luke warm. The a/c was on and it would not turn off.

The Area

walls are dirty, sink was linking, The toilet was clogged and the manager did not come until the next morning to fix it. He stated that he could not come in the remove because the do not disturb sign was on the door and left that the sign for house keep

The only thing that was good was the proximity to the Arlington convention center

My room's restroom light was not working, they made me wait 35 minutes to use the restroom. There were spider's web everywhere, not a well maintained room. Limited choices at breakfast everything had pork in it.

Location

The staff did not wear mask (only 1 male emp wore one). No hot water on 1st day . Rude staff. The breakfast staff worker did¿nt wear a mask or gloves when handling food. Never got clean towels and so much more.

Location to the Globelife Texas Ranger ball field.

Seemed like it was a bit outdated. Housekeeping seemed to be a bit lacked, but under the circumstances with the COVID...it is putting strains on everything, Usually when I travel, I always chose Hampton Inns.

Love Hampton Inns. Best beds of all the hotels I've stayed in! Clean, roomy and always a good breakfast.

Cleaniness, comfortable beds and beautiful view

The housekeeping crew kept knocking at our door the next morning when check out time wasn't until 12pm. I felt rushed to get out

Free parking, free wi-fi and free breakfast! Very close and convenient to all the big attractions in Arlington. Enjoyed our stay

Well when I book the hotels back in the past summer I was quoted $--- is how much it would cost for both night now when I get there and leave my debit card shows that I am $--- out of it cost me to stay there the next time I will find a cheaper price

There was a very unpleasant odor in the lobby which became even more pronounced in the gym - moldiness overlain with antiseptic smellThe room temperature was very difficult to control in a comfortable zone - it was either too chilly or too warm.
