Bed was ok

Very old stinky fridge was as loud as a generator

Not safe! Strangers knocking on my door twice. Hotel is filled with bugs and had a urine smell. Didn’t stay two nights left early.

Tv didn’t work, the bathroom was absolutely filthy. The bed had a urine smell. This hotel really should be torn down.

I?m disgusted. It was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

TV didn?t work. Fridge didn?t work. Had no hot water although the shower was so dirty I wouldn?t take a shower anyway.

AC broken, curtains transparent, thin walls, restroom dirty, no remote for the tv, soft spots in the floor, felt unsafe All around uncomfortable

The photos were simply lies. The room I received was smaller and dingier. The "separate shower and tub" was false - it was a shower/tub combo, but the tub was child sized and there was no faucet to fill it. The showerhead was weak and sprayed everywhere!

Location and Bed was comfy. Female desk clerk was nice.

No hot water,smoke alarm broken and in dresser, dirty floors, sink almost falling off, toilet paper roll dispenser broken off, curtains that don't close had to put object on them to keep them shut. Male desk clerk was not welcoming.

Close to Big Bend National Park. Nothing fancy, but certainly acceptable for the price paid.

Toilet paper holder was broken. No light in the shower.

The man who checked us in was polite and helpful.

Cleanliness was an issue .Dim lights made it difficult to read .Bathroom was old and outdated .

Price and last second availability

Kind of deceived by the pictures as its a rather run down very antiquated property.

Proximity to downtown Alpine and kind staff

The heat did not work well and we could hear everything in the room above us. We did not sleep well due to that and another person staying at the motel walking around outside and talking on the phone loudly.

I didn¿t care for this room. The facility is in a dire need of a makeover. And not a coat of paint. It needs serious upgrades and attention.

It was old, run down. The room was cold no matter that the heater was on. To me, I didn¿t enjoy being in the room.

The person at the desk was very nice

The A/C blew out cold air when on heat mode, and it was freezing outside. So I slept in a down coat. The water had to run for at least 15 minutes until it was sort of warm. The floor was filthy. The towels were old and stained. The furniture was gross.

Office staff was really nice and helpful.

The stove in the microwave were disgusting. I think the only claim thing in the entire room was the bed. The shower turned on and then wouldn¿t turn off. They had to move us to a different room. They gave us an upgraded room, which was really nice of the

Staff was very friendly, in the morning the gentleman I spoke with made sure I got all my belongings, like a mental checklist, wallet,phone etc... slightly amusing & refreshing to have that personality! I would stay here again!

Not one thing

This the most disgusting motel we have ever seen. It seemed like a ¿pay by the hour¿ motel. It was so dirty.what furniture was in there looked like they found it on the roadside. No lamps just a dim overhead light. There was no hot water!

It was 25 degrees out when we went in to the room. There was no heat. There was mold in the shower. The bathroom sink was falling off the wall. The room was filthy. When I complained, we were denied a refund.

I loved that I was able to leave.

This motel is worse than a Turkish prison. The bed had no blanket or bedspread. Just a sheet to keep you warm. The room had on power outlet and the TV was plugged into it. The mini fridge was broken. The bathroom sink had a missing knob.

Very dirty room, carpet was sticky, couch was filthy, peach pit on the floor, dead cockroach in a cabinet drawer, etc

Nothing it smelled terrible , nothing was clean, bugs everywhere I left as soon as I checked in for another hotel
