Quiet,clean,convenient

No room services during my 5 days stay. My wife & I ran out of toilet paper,tissue, towels… we had to move trash to down stairs. Talked to counter staff, did not get fixed.

The cleanliness of the hotel as well as the pleasant, alert, and helpful staff.

The location was great, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Air temperature was perfect. Liked that there was a microwave and fridge.

We stayed Thursday-Sunday. We were never visited by housekeeping. Our trashcans were overflowing, we ran out of toilet paper & towels. The bed was not comfortable. There was a significant dip in the middle of the bed. Curtain did not open.

Hotel employee at the front desk, during check in and the Lady at check in were both very helpful. Hotel is conveniently located and quiet even with conferences. Well built unlike some of the newer ones with paper thin walls.

Staff was exceptional. Room very clean. The hot breakfast was great.

The AC in our room worked great, we had it set at 65, and it stayed 65 even in the 100+ temps. The indoor pool was good my teen boys enjoyed it. The breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, TX shaped waffles)

The bathroom was older, it wasn't really clean, but I brought my Clorox wipes and cleaned it myself.

The room was newly remodeled and the bathroom toilet needed some adjustment.

the location was perfect. Easy to get to.

hotel was just average. Was some dirt clumps maybe off of someone's shoes in front of the tub. Some of the jets didn't work in the tub and our key only worked half the time. Very annoying. The lady that checked us in wasn't very friendly.

Seemed to take forever for our room to warm up. Temperature on our arrival was 62 degrees.

Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel. Always spotless, comfortable beds, and great staff. Also great breakfast buffet.

It would have been perfect but there was some teenagers running up and down hall at 1:30 in the morning and couldn¿t see sleep.

The room cleanliness and hot breakfast were amazing

Phones didn't work. Iron broken It took staff over an hour to finally bring a replacement iron as I was checking out!!! Forgot my charger in the room and was NOT allowed to look in lost and found by staff that LIVED ON SITE!!!!!

Location, beautiful room

Breakfast was not available at 6 one day and no one at front desk to ask about it. I stayed down there waiting for 20 minutes and nothing and no one.

It was very clean and close to shopping outlet¿

The room could have used a few updates but nothing major

The breakfast was surprisingly good.

The toilet was running all day and night. The tub was stained. Makes you feel that it is really dirty.

The room size was great for my four children. The staff at the front desk was very friendly.

The breakfast selection was very minimal, especially if you have kids with food allergies, but I assume that was due to covid-19.

The location it was right next to a outlet mall, the place was very clean and the staff went over and beyond of being nice don¿t know last name but the hospitality did it all..

Front desk lady was rude and TV in the room had issues turning on.

The hotel seem old and tired. My room is like a dump. Very small TV and smells.

This time it was bad experience and I reserved two rooms. Unfortunately 1. there was no hot water and we had to take shower with cold water. 2. I paid extra for breakfast and there was no breakfast.

I did not like anything this time. Horrible experience. You should give me two nights at least credit.
