The pool

Yes they kept my deposit just bc of a little kool aid stain my 1 year old accidentally made on the sheet

The toilet was clogged when we arrived which lead to an overflow, we tried to reach someone to help and no one answered for hours. We had to clean it up ourselves then sleep in an awful smelling room. Worlds worst hotel.

The staff was super friendly

The pool was freezing cold, the jets on the hot tub were weak. Cockroach in the bathroom

This hotel s laid back comforable everyone is nice from the front desk to the housekeepers .One housekeeper great the best h.keeper I've come access in a long time and the front desk anything you need.

I like the atmosphere at this quality Inn and all of the front desk staff are so friendly there's no particular staff member they're all so nice and friendly also the housekeepers do a great job cleaning.great hoousekeepers

The Breakfast.I realize it is Continental if they had more of hot breakfast it would be nice

Great location and breakfast.

Bathroom was muggy and the room Smelled like smoke. There was water damage in the bathroom.

It was easy to check in and out. The staff were friendly and was greeted with a smile.

Heat lamp in bathroom , vending machine.

No sauna as advertised.

Indoor pool and hottub

Restaurants were vlosed around the hotel. Service dog not allowed in accessible room, which I paid for. They downgraded our room. No fitness center. Pictures were outdated.

Cleanliness, place smelled musty. Shower vent did not work

I explained to the hotel staff that my daughter was autistic and if she saw the pool there would be a full blown tantrum. He made sure to put us in a room where the pool was not in view and that we could use the back entrance to bypass the pool.

There were ants in the room.

It was very quiet & clean. We felt safe there.

Did not have real coffee. It came out of a dispenser.

The pool and hot tub area was nice. It was decent for the price.

Mold on the ceiling in the shower area. Breakfast could have had more. The lady filling the food stuck her hand down into the trash can to push it down then proceeded to fill the food area. (She did not wash her hands in between.)

staff at the beginning was great, replaced with regular staff that was on the phone and ignoring everything and everyone after the 1st day.

Smoke alarm started chirping at 1:30am and would not stop, even after removing the battery. Hotel staff was not willing or able to resolve the problem.

Clean and affordable

TV did not have sound on some channels.

Ease of access fr the highway

No elevator at all. Also, need to warn people booking rooms there that a $75 deposit is needed atcheck in.

If you get this hotel at a low rate and you don't need a facility with any updates or a good breakfast, this place is fine. Room is going to be dingy, bathroom is in need of repairs, etc. but good enough to lay your head for the night.

It's just old and need updates.

Clean, quiet, breakfast choices.

Front office not staffed for at least 10 minutes.

The indoor pool was nice and it was close to where we were going.

Breakfast wasn't very good. Not bad, but not a lot of options.
