Maybe an extra chair in our rooms, but that would be all, thanks.

Breakfast was limited. Frig didn?t work in the room. Roach behind frig.

A bit noisy A/C unit and lack of fresh air, but overall very well furnished and clean room.

Breakfast was good

The room was loud with highway noise. We asked for adjoining rooms with our kids and did not get it. At checkin, we were told a king room cannot be connected to a dual queen. Wish we had know that when we reserved

I had never been personally greeted in my room before. Upon entering, there is my name and 'welcome' in big letters on the flat screen tv!

Just personally I like to soak in a tub, but they had a spacious shower with great soap and hot water so it is hardly a criticism.

Wish they had room for a shuffleboard game next to the pool table. Some of the other TRU hotels have the shuffleboard and its fun to play. However, it was still a great hotel lobby.... a lot better than 95% of all the other hotels in Dallas.

The laid back modern vibe and versatility of the my stay is fitted for solo, couple or family with children experience! The staff are very friendly and welcoming!

The whole modernization of the selected furniture expresses the cultural heritage of Allen, Texas.

The pool area was not available for use when the weather permitted

No microwave in room is one thing, but only one in lobby. Have to have a couple for general use if none in room.

Staff very help and nice place is very clean

Need to change up the hot food like eggs bacon sausage cause having just eggs and sausage four 4 days straight sucks

Staff is very helpful and kind and the place is very clean. Tv wasn't working right the GM put up a new TV that same day.

Breakfast they need to change it up stayed for 7 days and have the same type of eggs and sausage

We received a warm welcome from Randall upon check-in.The hotel was very clean, the staff work hard to keep it well maintained. Our room was small but everything worked well, especially the air conditioning. The location is around shopping and restaurants

The breakfast offerings were very basic. The blinds are more light filtering then blackout and I prefer true black out binds. The sheets were not generous. The value of a stay is diminished when there's no daily housekeeping.

Walking in and seeing a pool table. The young man who checked us in is amazing. We loved him. Super sweet, and talked to us aboit our stay etc.

It is not disability friendly, and they would not offer accommodations. I reported them to the ADA

The location, the pool table and board games available, the cleanliness, and the free breakfast. This hotel is very modern and entertaining for kids.would definitely stay again

Wish there were more vegan options for breakfast. Also wish there has been an indoor pool as it was too cold outside to enjoy the outdoor pool.

Better than a 2.5 star. Comfortable beds, ample outlets for charging phones, watches. Breakfast was more than continental, free parking. Would definitely stay here again.
