The pillows were horrible they were like using balloons. Could not get comfortable and woke up with neck and back pain.

Too much chlorine in the pool, stung in eyes a lot

It is too noisy. Do not allow them to give you a room facing the highway. I checked out at 11pm the same night I checked in because the girl said they had no other rooms available on the opposite side.

loud hammering noises until 6pm, was trying to take a nap, but was inpossible!

Staff were very helpful and friendly, Location was very convenient to get to come and go

There were no trash can in room only in the restroom , the spa was cold and cloudy with foam and debris Look like calcium deposits from the drain..

Location

Hotel was under construction/remodeling with workers blasting loud music at the entrance. Very unprofessional and no clear way into the hotel. Room was outdated with an old fridge and old furniture.

The room were cool.the maids always made us feel welcome.

No hot water for 5 days, inform the desk every morning before leaving each morning.no one ever told us the hotel was under construction. Trash can over filled with trash when entering for two days. No continental breakfast closed.did love this place befor

The location was perfect and the staff was very nice

The heat did not work and it got cold, the room had bugs, and the floors very dirty

Customer service was excellent. America went above and beyond to make sure my stay met all expectations. The overnight person was excellent as well. Excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back. Thank you

Breakfast could extended till 10/11,but not a big deal. America explained everything thoroughly.

The location.

The room was hot and when the ac was fixed it was overly cold. The temperature was never right. The breakfast was bad. The toast was cardboard like, the waffles tasted like flour with no flavor, and the juice was cheap tasting-

We enjoyed the stay.

There was hardly any food for breakfast. We only drank coffee. The microwave was filthy,and was about to take a picture. I was very disappointed due to nothing to eat but cereal.

Beds were comfy. Water pressure was right. Location is great to getting around the Valley. Price was superb. Breakfast was remarkable ! Overall great stay!

The treadmill didn't work so I did another workout instead

Clean, clean, clean.

The workers kicked me out of the dining area so they could mop. I was working on stuff on one of the tables. :( This is my favorite hotel. I keep going back. I was sad I got asked to move since I was working on stuff.

Very spacious. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast with the waffle iron and staff making fresh omelets was amazing. Very clean and great price. Thanks La Quinta

No complaints.

The breakfast is the best, because is a home made omelette. The hotel looks renewed with new carpets and new matresses

The staff, there was no one when we arrived to check in, we had to wait 10 min until someone show.

Decoration, very clean and good prices!!

I liked the convenience and quick check in and check out. Very clean and excellent AC.

The people next door had a dog that cried all morning. I wanted to sleep in because I was very tired. I called the front desk to report it and no one answered. I called the "1-800" they only extended my check out time from 12pm to 1pm. Not fair!!.

Hotel is close to Basilica of San Juan.

Air condition did not cool well. Woke up several times during night due to feeling warm--no need for blankets even though A/C was set to 60. Also, lamps on wall between double beds did not work.
