Hampton Inn Tullahoma

We were here to see family and this was a great location, nice room, friendly and very helpful staff.

Not really - it would be great if there was and indoor pool and hot tub.

Room was very dirty, shower head growing bacteria, thick layer of dust behind mounted headboard lights, toilet paper holder was broken, lamps missing lightbulbs, black short hair on bathroom floor (no one has that length in my family or has black hair).

The room was clean. The front desk was very polite and accommodating. The location was great and I recommend the king suite. There is a bit of construction and the grandkids wished the pool had been open - but it was after Labor Day so that was expected.

We CANCELLED reservations a year ago after a horrible experience in Oct 2022. The walls had large holes that we stuffed with newspapers. The bathroom was nasty, broken fixtures, shower curtain not affixed to wall, too numerous to describe in this space.

We had a horrible experience and have tried to discontinue your correspondence for over a year. Please delete our email and stop correspondence.

The staff, room, and breakfast was fantastic

Rooms seem to be newly updated.

When we checked in we were informed that there was no hot water. They were working on it with no ETA for completion.

Hotel was safe and clean. Room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was lackluster and did not have any cribs available.

The room was disgusting - mildew and cigarette smell which they tried to cover up with a deodorizing spray - this should of been a non-smoking room - the floor was sticky in the entrance

drink machines didn’t work

I loved everything about my stay except for 2 things that made me upset

I got the suite because I was traveling with two 12 year old. We really needed the extra fold out couch bed but couldn't use it. My daughter opened it and screamed mom come here! I went in and looked at the bed and the mattress had hair and stains .. which appeared to be maybe blood and urine stains. There was no extra blankets or pillows and it had been a long day and it was late when we finally got ready for bed, so we didn't want the hassle of going down stairs to grab them. My two girls daughter all night over the bed. Second issue was roaches and fleas.

The room light was really dull. The swimming pool was closed. The television did not have a good selection of cable channels. The internet was inaccessible.

Excellent stay at Hampton Inn , Very convenient location, staff very friendly. Overall, recommended.
