Quality Inn Tullahoma

Convenient location friendly staff, older motel but has been updated with things like laminate floors instead of carpet.

Rooms can be just a little noisey, maybe not as much insulation between rooms and outside vehicles as newer hotels?

Location was in the center of Tullahoma

The hotel room had a door that was painted over and was very difficult to open and shut. The toilet had issues flushing. The pillows provided are few and small. Asked front desk for 2 additional pillows and told hotel only had enough for each room.

There was nothing in the hotel information about having to put down a $100 deposit for incidentals. It made the checkout process take longer than it should have.

room smells a little musty, 2 lightbulbs missing or out, a/c unit a bit loud and clanks when turning on. Caution tape along one stairwell due to missing rail or?

They had a roach outbreak. Front office staff did not believe us, we took dead roaches to them in a cup. No apology or anything. We checked out a day early because I could not sleep after I woke up with a roach on my arm.

The staff was excellent and helpful. We left our pillows and the clerk called us so we could go pick them up before we left the area. That was such a kind thing to do and much appreciated.

Advertised a pool. Evidently there has not been one for about a year bbad advertising!! Have to carry bags ip two stairs.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The bathroom was small and not up to the same level of care as the rest of the room.

Hotel employee was so helpful with all my needs. Also, from a previous stay at there hotel, I left a cell phone, ad it was returned to me.

Overnight clerk guy was not very attentive at all.

The TV did not work we had to change rooms. The heater was loud. Trains can be heard throughout the night.

The room had roaches, I didnt stay, my money was suppose to be refunded and still has not!

The location was convenient to the location of the event we were attending.

Our room number 214 was clean, but the bed was filthy and disgusting. The linen had blood and urine stains on it. The mattress had huge wine stains on it and the mattress was lumpy and box springs were squeaky. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was great. Location, staff and room were all great. There's a Mexican restaurant located IN the same building as the lobby and it was delicious! I stayed a total of around 50 days/nights in this hotel and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here.

My only complaint--no laundry services on site. I had to do all my laundry about 2 miles down the road.

The ladies at the desk were incredible. Stephanie had personality plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the room could not have been better. Even the back soap felt good. Breakfast was hot, and even the coffee was good.
