Location
This is the second time I have stayed at this Hampton. Both times, I had to wait over an hour for my room while "Rewards Members" were given theirs immediatley. When asked about it, both receptionists said "Your type of room is cleaned last.
The hotel is new and clean. The breakfast area is very pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The bed king bed was uncomfortable so we requested. Different room for our second night stay. They were accommodating

The bed was the worst.... We had to take pain killers to ease the pain from the stiffness. Could not believe Hampton disappointed us in this area lost our weekly business .
The night clerk was new and couldn't check us in. Couldn't reach a supervisor by phone so ended up staying elsewhere. General manager was not supportive of our complaints. Thinking twice before I try to stay there again.
