- The breakfast was filling and the staff was friendly.

- I had requested a mobility access (handicap) room. The room we were assigned had a bathtub with a two-foot high side; this was a jetted tub. There was no way I could get into the tub to take a shower. Further, the jets looked as if someone had tried to clean them; however, they "looked" dirty. None of this was a concern to my husband. We were told that since we had paid via a third party that we could not change rooms.
