- Great location, super friendly staff
- The hotel is pretty new. The first night, when we arrived, there was a very kind lady at the front desk.
Cons -
- When I arrived there was a bottled water and white cup in the fridge from previous guest and in the shower there was a hair tie in the conditioner form a previous guest
- Some of my party were not a fan of all the breakfast offerings. Others loved the options
- The last lady at the front desk. Very short in her answers, as if she was annoyed to answer a simple question. Just asked if they had any camomile tea and she simply responded: what's there is all we have in a very annoyed attitude. If she isn't a morning person then hire someone else with a better attitude.Breakfast:-Very small area for the buffet. -Not enough seating available. People had to take their breakfast to their rooms.-Especially, NOT ENOUGH FOOD!! If the oatmeal pot emptied, that's it! If the bacon and eggs are gone, they're gone! There's no putting more for those still standing in line! If you're going to limit the food put out a sign that says one bowl per customer. One slice of egg and bacon per customer, one cup of juice per customer, etc. Either you get a lot of big eaters or you are not putting out enough food. One of the other. But this should be managed in a VERY DIFFERENT way.

we loved the convenience of the hotel, it was very centralized! the breakfast was great & the all day coffee bar was great touch if you wanted a little pick me up through the day, they also had a hot chocolate bar too! they were very accommodating when we needed anything got the room! the staff were great, very friendly! the hotel room was bigger than we expected and for the most part, pretty clean. the showers were great and come fully stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. the beds weren’t terrible, and the sheets were very soft. the noise was moderate, of course you could hear people leaving their rooms and them talking in the hallway but that’s typical. overall we would definitely be back.
