La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville North I-75

Front desk staff walking in my room at night, didn’t knock. Only explanation is oops I got the wrong room, was verifying another guests checkout (again wrong room). Inexcusable, terrible privacy and safety issue.

Gal checked me In was quite helpful..

The floor in my room Cerry dirty& needed to be thoroughly mopped. Housekeeping should've checked room sooner, ran out of Toilet paper, in 3--3.5 Days!!

Not too far from downtown Knoxville and easy to get to.

There was a musty smell in the hotel when we arrived and in the room. Got used to it after a while but it was noticeable

Close to highway

Air conditioner sounded like a freight train.,security lock on door not adequate., coffee was lukewarm

This hotel is overpriced , and over rated. The furniture in the lobby is stained. In the room, the sheets were stained, the mattress had large stains on them. The outside had trash in the parking lot, the curtains looked tattered on the outside.

Staff indifferent to needs of the client. Breakfast was not stocked 30 minutes after it was supposed to start and the staff shrugged and didn't care.

Easy access. Great breakfast.

Lobby and bedroom were nice.

The ?suite? is a joke. The couch area was about the size of 2 couches. We should have gotten just a regular room.

The motel and our room had been updated and was nice. We traveled with two cats and were charged a pet fee. I don?t recall seeing a pet fee in the booking materials and additional fees should be clear up front.

Hotel was dirty-needs a complete makeover. Lounge/eating area was filthy-mud on furniture/carpet had ground in food- yes, food ground in the floor. All furniture looked old, stained, tired and dirty.

Overall - dirty impression, neglected on maintenance throughout the entire facility. The room -poor lighting at best - bed was very uncomfortable -linens were suspect, damp and very old.

Friendly staff, clean & well-lit hotel in a great location.

Very rude front desk night attendant. Fridge in room didn¿t work. They did nothing about it. Wanted to give us 1 bath towel for 3 people. Black mold under the fridge area

The price for the hotel for what you receive. The breakfast was horrible. The cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations. The towel service was horrible. There were shady people in the hotel. Overall horrible experience and would not stay again.

Location to where we needed to be.

All my paperwork said the check in time was 3 pm. Posted at the hotel it said 4 pm. Rooms were not ready at 3:30 pm, except for the pet floor. We took those rooms. Staff could have been friendlier.

they charged 25 check in fee 1 hour prior to check in and they didn't give us any extra towels. 2 towels in the room and when we needed new ones we had to bring them down stairs to exchange them... rediculous

Coffee was not good. Carpets were really dirty in lobby and hallways. Bathroom tub was not very clean.

the indoor pool was a huge hit for my 3 grandkids. This location was great for our stay in Powell. Close to many eating places & close to family.

I thought the breakfast could had stayed open until 10:00am. We were on vacation and sleeping late.

Professional staff, Clean, good pool temperature

Bed was way too soft, breakfast was poor, the bed was so close to the wall it was nearly impossible to get in and out of.
