Noticed a man complaining to the staff in the dining area that there were no omelets and no replacement was being made when there was still 2 hours left for breakfast hours.

CLEANLINESS, BEAUTIFUL INDOOR POOL, HELPFULNESS OF FRONT DESK!!!!

The room we were in was to small for roll away bed.

We had a softball tournament and had to be at the field by 2 and had ask to checkin by 1 and when we got there they said the room wasn?t ready so she had to get dressed in a hotel bathroom. Very disappointed.

Hot tub not working

The room was very wet and smelled of mildew. The bed was also moist and made our clothes wet. When we checked out after being there for only 3-4 hours, the staff did not express any concern.

Breakfast is good.

Came here two times last year with kids.Pool was much cleaner.This time pool was so dirty,hairs are all over the place,when you dive you see lots of dirt on the bottom floor,water color was yellow orange color.Etremely disappnting.doesnt worth money

The room appeared to be pretty clean, though that's not a guarantee. The breakfast was pretty good. and a lady working in that department was very nice.

To say the least, yes. Employee was not just lazy and apathetic about her job; she was also harassing and sexist in nature. Employee was pitiful,and the property manager, compounded all of the above. They crossed serious lines and will be sued.

the room was cold and couldn't get the thermostat to stay adjusted. kept defaulting to lower temp. Front desk said they would fix but didn't. Also required a credit card charge of $75 for 'incidentals' which wasn't mentioned in your site. desk clerk **

The shower was very hot with fantastic water pressure. Best shower I have taken in a hotel in several years. Friendly staff, good location, breakfast had non-dairy milk options and many selections.

I called this location prior to booking to ask if they had smart tvs and was told that they do. Surprise they do not. I prefer to book rooms with televisions that I can stream netflix and such.

The staff was cordial and efficient. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. There were sufficient towels for our stay.

It appears the room we had was designed for tall persons as the shower head was too tall for us to change the setting. And the sink and bathroom counter was hard to discharge toothpaste effectively.

We went in weekdays. We enjoyed respectively bigger pool (than I expected) and hot tub. It was so great to spend time indoor pool in those weekdays (that was mostly only us in the pooli a) :).

I am thinking to find something but none.

Bathroom in our "handicap accessible room" needed updating. The floor tiles were cracked, no shelf in the shower for shampoo/conditioner. There was a huge fold down seat in the shower that took up 2/3's of the shower making it very difficult to use.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very accessible from highway. Breakfast was wonderful.
