stayAPT Suites Chattanooga-Ooltewah/VW

The layout of the room was nice. The bed was very comfy. It was walking distance to a grocery store and close to the airport.

Dust everywhere. The floors were dirty. The walls are thin so I heard people walking upstairs and coughing next door.

I loved the suite layout.

The room had obviously not been cleaned well. The bedding on the bed and the foldout both had dirt and debris in them. The toilet had not been cleaned and was covered in black stains from some sort of water issue and the dishwasher ha dirty dishes in it.

The location and it having a kitchen

The staff didn¿t do what I had asked numerous times but it is what it is

Large room. Clean and comfortable

Hotel has a modern look & was very clean. It's on a side street so traffic noise wasn't a problem. Wonderful local restaurants were nearby. Do be aware they don't have 24 hour front desk service so plan ahead. Hotel employee in the front office was so helpful!

We were not informed about needing our room card to unlock the doors to the building outside of front desk hours. You can exit but not enter without it. But it makes sense for security.

Plenty of room

No wash cloths in room

Location from my future job

Guest Services were very professional, everything you would expect from a long term stay apt. Great service and the south's best hospitality.
