Breakfast was wonderful.

It was very loud. The party in the "connecting" room at 12:26 am was so loud.

They advertise There maybe a small deposit for pets. We stayed one night, they wanted to charge $75

The plank flooring in the hotel room, the delicious hot breakfast (and 24 hour coffee!), and the truly kind and helpful staff. ...thank you again, Hotel employees! You gals make this Holiday Inn Express the best in the US!

I loved every bit of this hotel, the best part after driving so many hours was the hot tub! It helped ease my pain and relaxed my muscles so much that I felt like jello getting out, and surprisingly not many people used it!

I honestly cannot think of one single thing that I didn't like, I highly recommend stopping here on your trip.

Friendly staff, breakfast and well maintained hotel

We had a great stay. The room was very clean and the hard floors were nice for our pet traveling with us. I don't normally eat the hotel breakfast but this one was clean and kept fully stocked with hot fresh food. Very impressed. Would stay again.

There was soo much noise a fight on the rh floor we got no sleep as we were right next to the pool! Not good at all

Pool, hot tub, breakfast quality and hours.

The staff was Amazing...(I only had the pleasure of dealing with staff at check in, then staff (w/housekeeping) just passing...They both were super nice...Great experience all around...

I have no complaints...(unles you can do something about that Chattanooga traffic ?)

Bathroom in first room had hair/urine on toilet and hair throughout tub. There was hair and urine on the front of the toilet in the second room. Finally, the third room was bearable. Would have gone to a different hotel if could have guaranteed refund.

The breakfast was delicious and the dinning room staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly and responsive! Locating is great. Rooms are very nice. AC is cold!

Housekeeping during our 3 night stay was not the greatest.
