The evening Clerk was very kind. The morning gal was nice too.

The hot food, scambled something like eggs & french toast (ish) were pretty aweful. The muffins were not wrapped. The cereal and yogurt were fine.

Location

My room was smelly. It smelled like moss. I ended up with scratchy throat and a cough. Turns out moss smell equates to mold. I had mold poisoning for a couple of days after my stay. Also the room didn't have a smoke detector and the walls had holes

Price of room at last minute decision

Bathroom tile was wet behind toilet. Bathtub was damaged

thunderous door slams all night that echo down the hall because the doors are so heavy and disrespectful guests can't take an ounce of effort to close them softly - also next door to a dog that kept barking

It was very very old and dirty. Baseboard was falling off the wall, exposed plumbing in the wall, stained carpet, and drywall anchors all over the wall.

Inexpensive; located in desired place along travel route

Well, there is a lot my wife and adult children would criticize. I chose this location as it was the least expensive option in the place I wanted to spend the night wanting only a clean room. And I would choose it again!

Breakfast was great, several options from yogurt to fresh made waffles(equipment and the batter provided, you cook them yourself)

Bathroom was disgusting, toilet shower hear and the bathtub drain all har mildew on or in them. Then after checking out they tried to charge my card for 50, $30, $20. We didn't smoke in the room and all linens were there, and we didn't damage anything.

Location was easy to find. Quiet location and relatively comfortable. Breakfast was what I expected based on the price I paid

Due for a deep cleaning. Coffee maker in the room but no coffee to be found. Room was dark.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. That is important, I am disabled and they did everything they could to be helpful.

Room was newly remodeled and clean! There was stains on the furniture I just covered them with blankets.

Carpet stained in hallways and breakfast area. Upon entering 2nd floor from elevator there was an awful stench they had two humidifiers out and the next day it was better. Breakfast was too plain would love scrambled eggs some meat or something!

Great staff, clean bed, large room. The hotel is getting an upgrade - nice efforts there considering worker shortage.

It needs repairs and upgrades, which are under way. Not saying I didn't like this - just want patrons to be aware. Support them - they are doing a great job!!

Easy on and off the interstate. The hotel was old but was in the middle of a total renovation. Within the next 6 months or so it will be all upgraded I'm sure.

Shower curtain was waaay to short, and the drain in shower did not drain...I liked the bathroom..beds are a little hard but doable... But over all room was ¿¿

Room was as described and clean. Staff was friendly.

The location was great for ease of getting off and on expressway. Rooms were large, bed very comfortable. Love the 11:00 checkout time.

The only reason I gave this a 9 on cleanliness is because it was an older building, but actually quite clean Gor the age. But I would definitely stay there again.

Fast friendly check in. Loved the table and 2 chairs in the room. Very clean comfortable room.

Continental breakfast...there was no coffee available and the juice choices were nothing but water.

Room was clean and the clerk made sure my room was close to the entrance when I told him I had bad knees. The lady serving the morning breakfast was pleasant.

We had the jacuzzi room. It was very clean and comfortable accidently slept in and missed breakfast.

Drain treads on the tub we stripped, but we were still able to use the tub without any problem.
