Cons -

Reserved a king room and was told they couldn?t get the door unlocked so I had 2 queens. Not what I wanted, not what I paid for. Staff was indifferent. Valet was absurd. $65 Not worth the money to ?upgrade? to this hotel. 10 more cheaper on same block.
The staff in the lobby lounge wasn't entirely friendly. We stopped to grab/Order to go food to take back to our room and was yelled at because our child wasn't of age. We didn't end up ordering. She was ungodly unfriendly.
