Hampton Inn Morristown I-81

Clean, good breakfast, ideal location, and friendly staff.

Room was dirty, mattress was worn out with messy sheets. Room smelled bad and the carpet was dirty.

Even though this hotel is in the middle of road construction, it is very clean, very quiet with the road traffic/construction. The friendliness of the hotel check in clerk was great! We didn?t partake of the free breakfast but it had several options.

Nice location near interstate but didnt hear traffic. Real clean, average hotel breakfast food but it was included with stay.

Was looking forward to the hot tub after a long day but it was not working

Well over priced , you have to pay to park at hotel as well as pay for hotel 33 a day for parking 25 a nite for resort fee and 445 a nite for hotel NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!

Location and staff. Especially the dining room attendants.

I had reserved a mobility assessible room. It was the same as the room I had the week before making it impossible almost for a wheelchair. Overall room was clean except the bathroom floor. It was cleaner than the previous one but both need a good moping.

For a king size room it was small for 2 people

Great location, quiet and safe. Very clean room and comfortable. Cleaning person(one wearing back brace and Army hat)was actually doing a fantastic job in the main areas of hotel which didnt go unnoticed. Breakfast was ok but other options around.

Something wrong with credit card machine which delayed check in by more than a few minutes. Not fun when tired and just want to sleep

Very handy location. Nice clean room. Handicap assesable shown was wonderful.

If you need a handicap assesable room that means you have mobility issues. I dont think you should be put in the fartest room from the entrance. Also lots of road traffic noise as this hotel is off the interstate.

Good location, Hampton Inn is usually very consistent and predictable. This hotel seemed very clean and breakfast staff was very nice.

I was awakened at 2:45 AM by the fire alarm beeping. After 15-20min I got up and went to the front desk and reported the problem. The staff person said this was a problem with my room only. Said there was nothing he could do. No protocol. Never resolved.

It was in a safe place. It was very clean. I liked the fact that I could go to the front desk and buy snacks for the evening without having to leave the hotel.

Location was very convenient for me on my trip from D.C. to Memphis. Front desk clerks were very pleasant.
