Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Morristown

Bed was comfortable.

Sink was clogged. After being fixed it would not hold water. Entry light and bedside light did not work. Breakfast was just okay.

Was accused of doing drugs in the room and asked to leave. I do not do any type of drug. I am completely humiliated and offended by the assistant General manager. She called the police and they came and ofcourse let me go after I told them to search

Hotel was very clean with spacious rooms.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was so my kids could swim. We didn't realize until we got them all dressed and walked down to the pool to find there was an "out of order" sign on the door. No mention from front desk staff or anything on the website prior to arrival. We were told that we could still swim but there was no heat. Considering it was a cooler day in February that was not acceptable. We had a room facing the front of the hotel. There were several semi-trucks parked there all night and running. Making it very noisy and difficult to sleep.

This location is convenient for my needs when traveling to Morristown for business. The breakfast met my expectations for a Fairfield property, and the attendant overseeing the breakfast area was doing a fantastic job.

I was assigned an ADA-accessible room despite not requiring those accommodations. I am also concerned that this room may have been intended for another guest, as when I turned on the television I expected to see “Welcome Michael,” but instead it displayed “Welcome Jackson.”In addition, several lights in the room were not functioning properly, and one fixture did not work at all. The bathroom lighting fixtures were also missing components. This appears to be an ongoing maintenance issue at this location, as I experienced a similar problem with a lamp during my stay in January 2025.I typically enjoy staying at Fairfield properties when I travel; however, recurring maintenance concerns will cause me to reconsider booking at this location in the future.

Convenient

Breakfast was cold, and they had cereal and oatmeal but not milk.Pool was not heated, and none of the employees knew if it was fixed. Implying that either poor communication and/or lack of company poor repair and upkeep.No one at the desk or answering the phone.Had to try several times to get towels and bedding.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was great and hotel is very clean!!! Wonderful place to stay!!!

The heat was 10 degrees hotter than what the thermostat read. Shower head barely worked in both rooms.

Hot water! Large TV. Friendly staff. The breakfast was wonderful!! They had biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, eggs, complete cheese and salsa on the side, fresh fruit with raspberries, yogurt, waffles, bagels, toast, and a variety of cereal, coffee and juices.

They let me check in early. The room was lovely. The pool was such a relaxation perk. Staff were fantastic.
