Cons -

Hallway carpet filthy. Long term residents at facility were ill-mannered and dirty.
Wifi did not work. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Dead bugs above the bed. Shower curtain rod was broke and not hold the shower curtain.
It smelled like pot throughout all the common spaces and fortunately it was less in the room.

Hot water, cold air

No phone in room, no staff on site after 8. Dispite site saying otherwise. No dishes, pots abd pans, silverware so no way to use the kitchen you paid more to have. We needed towels and had to wait 4 hours to get some. Didn't have our reservation right
