Cold AC, clean rooms, friendly staff

The staff.

Really run down. I had to buy a mop, and spent two hours mopping our room floor, and sanitizing the furniture.

Nothing! Never recommend this hotel, even for a single night.

The staff did not even give us the whole meal for the breakfast, unless we searched and found that there should be sausage biscuits. When I told her, she went to find and give us the meal! They mentioned “breakfast” but it was just coffee/milk.

Very dirty, water came in under the door, and I got bedbugs from there.

Reasonably priced, close to the freeway, on-site laundry, easy to access large ice machine.

I requested a ground-level room & there was no designated parking space empty in front of it. Parking lot was full; night clerk moved her car so I could park a little closer. Handicapped equipped room not avail; toilet was very low & hard to get up from.

Upon arrival our room temp was set at 61°, while a/c was necessary that was extreme. It was so cold that opening the door fogged up the mirrors and tv screen. The room was so wet feeling that even the bedding felt wet.

This is absolutely the worst hotel I?ve ever stayed in the room smell like smoke. The showers was nasty and molded. The door to the room was broken.

It was a room... That's all I can say.

The room had DIRTY floors. It was NOT handicapped accessible. If a disabled person was traveling alone there is NO WAY that the individual would be able to use the bathroom. There was NO way to transfer onto the toilet from a wheelchair or shower.

The location and price are the top and it was clean.

The night staff tried to push us away before we even got in the door and they didn't read the notes that said we would be checking in very late ( after 2am) and we requested a ground floor and got got 2nd story with no elevator.

Close in to all locations I was visiting.

A bug in bathroom. Could have been cleaner. The walls and floors was easily to see they were dirty.

Every one was quiet and nice. Did what they were suppose to do.the cleaning service was great!Had a hard time making reservation.

They do not offer free breakfast. It was a bag with a granola and crackers

The location is perfect!!!! Staff are the nicest people ever. Very very helpful.

In town for work. The pool was one of the main reasons why I wanted the room because my son was traveling with me. The pool was empty. Had to go to another hotel after day 2 because my son wanted to swim. Was planning to stay the whole week.

Convience, right off highway Room was fairly clean Not to much noise from other guests Did not check to see what they offered for breakfast. Parking was okay.

Bed was not to comfortable Back hurt after two nights of sleeping on it

Morning staff was not friendly or knowledgeable of breakfast People were smoking outside my room My room smelled like smoke It seemed like everyone in the hotel was all n the same area Trash by stairs was overflowing onto the ground

Bed was comfy, bedding was nice.

Bathroom was less than ¿company clean.¿ Toilet had dried urine running down bowl of toilet, and there were hairs around base of toilet and in corners of bathroom. Refrig had some kind of brownish goo collected in the bottom under the drawer.

I have stayed in 4 different hotels the past week, and this was the best one. There wasn't any dirty carpet. The room was clean and the breakfast to go was a REAL breakfast. I was very happy.

Cleanliness of room was poor, floors was very dirty! Beds needs to be moved an sweep and mop under every once in a while.
