- Avery!!! All the staff were very polite and helpful but, Avery went above and beyond!! Not just with my family either! I watched her be just as helpful and polite to everyone that entered the building!! Thank you all for a wonderful time!!

- This hotel was on the pricey side so we were disappointed that they charged $15 for parking in the hotel parking garage.

- not close to many restaurant options. I guess that was on us for booking it. We were only staying one night anyway. The main entrance off the street was locked. Wasn't sure where to park to check in. had to walk in through parking garage to check in
