The people

The staff was very helpful and friendly
It was very convenient to the interstate, and the rooms were clean.
Bathroom door 1/4 inch bigger than opening/can't close. Breakfast terrible. On the whole the hotel is to run down.
Poor
Hey advertise an accessible room. However there were no grab bars on the toilet. And the grab bars in the shower were broken.
Had a bed, shower, sink, toilet, TV, AC, running cold and hot water. They left the light on for me.
It was bad
The room was disgusting. Dirty. Sheets were dirty.
The beds were soft & they did give us extra pillows.
There was POOP on the toilet paper holder. There were beard hairs in the shower. The bathroom floor & the room floors were filthy. There wasn’t a spa tub in the room like the booking.com reservation said. I am upset that I paid extra money for a spa tub & not only did I not get a spa tub…I got a dirty double room.
The employees were very nice and the room was clean
The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. It was warped.
Gas station across the road.
Wasn't a nice place. They collected a $100 security deposit from me that I was suppose to get back at the latest 10 business days, and never got it returned to me.
The staff was great welcome us in like family and didn't take long to get us to room. The staff offered to help with the wheelchair and get is in the room. The room was clean.
We go to concerts in the area once or twice a year and always stay here it's right off the interstate. Has always been friendly staff and clean rooms we are just there overnight.
