Location to stores, restaurants, and highways
Phone didn't work, had to crawl under desk to reset tv modem, bathroom sink was clogged. Would have expected more for $---/ night.

Location is good. Rooms are well appointed. Showers are white and clean.
Third floor stay...lots of noise above us.Check in was easy though when we walked up and said we were checking in the desk clerk said sorry we are sold out. I said...I have a reservation. She then looked it up and said oh..ok. Kind of rude reception.Definitely relaxed covid protocols...some sanitizers packs in room but remote not covered in plastic and no stickers on doors to note the room had been sanitized. These had been standard protocols over the last year in the four other stays we had at this hotel. So bring your own sanitizing wipes to be sure...Lastly the pillows were not fluffy as usual...kind of flat. Not the usual comfort.

Everything at this location is excellent! Limited selections at the restaurant due to covid. The two men that work at the front desk were friendly and quick to help! Extended our stay another night just because it was so relaxing and everything you need is on the same street. My husband and I visit Jackson alot to visit his family this definitely our new spot to stay at when we are in town!

The bed and room was comfortable.
During our stay it was raining,we didn't see an umbrella in the lobby to use and we need to figure out how to use Hilton Honors

Cleanliness of the room was above my expectation. I was very pleased with the layout, it was extremely comfortable and I was able to get some some much needed rest and relaxation .. will for sure choose this hotel again.
I really do not have any complaints.
