Clean rooms and up to date amenities

You do not mention anything about the hotel having a pet fee. I queried ¿Pet Friendly¿ hotel/motels and there was no mention of the pet fee. You need to make customers aware of these fees.

It had beds

I reserved a joining room, was given a single with 2 double beds - 3 adults. Asked if she could resolve the problem, she just repeated we don't have joint rooms, why did they list that? there was what looked to be blood on the shower curtain in 3 spots

Located by interstate for easy access.

Roof leaked water in bathroom. Smelled Smokey. Tornado alarms went off and staff didn¿t know what was going on or where we were supposed to go.

The room.

People were smoking. I could smell it through the my room. I thought it is a nonsmoking hotel!

The location. This was a stopover on a roadtrip.

The whole hotel was damp. Our room smelled musty. The humidity in the lobby was noticeable. Our sheets felt damp.

The hotel was old, needed to be updated, and had bugs.

Pet friendly

Very old. Needs remodeling. Lights don't work

Complimentary breakfast was pretty good, and appreciated.

The star rating was supposed to be 2 1/2, but it was far from that. The room was run-down, not as clean as expected, and uncomfortable bed. I expected a room comparable to others with the same rating. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The hallways and rooms were dirty. An old slice of pizza was on the floor by the elevator. Room was very dusty.

The location which is very near to the i40 Highway

The room is filled with the smell and was not able to sleep at all, it became the useless room for me.

Great value! Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and excellent selection and quality of amenities (Breakfast spread, free internet) for a hotel in that price range.

Micro fridge and microwave.

Bathroom was dirty, walls were dirty, mold on tiling, grout, etc.
