Amazing complimentary breakfast!!! Great staff!

The pool wasn’t very welcoming

The room was clean

I did not feel safe staying there with teenage girls. We did not stay the night. I left our cards at the desk and there was no one there. They have not taken the charge off my credit card for incidentals nor called to ask why we didn?t stay the night.

Location and available of restaurants to eat at within walking distance

toilet paper holder needs repaired.

It was located in Hixson close to my relatives.

Safe in room was locked and unusable. Hand sanitizer containers were empty throughout the hotel. Hotel is run down and needs repair.

Breakfast, location, clean and reasonably priced room

The fact that it is in a decent area and reasonably priced was great. However the folks here are spot on with cleanliness and service. The breakfast was great too! Staff was very eager to help and our room was nice! The bed was like a cloud no kidding.

Parking was a little difficult kinda crowded but the hotel inside was worth the tight parking.

Comfortable beds, workout room, breakfast, kind staff

Bathroom floor wasn¿t swept (dark hair on the floor, a coin and toilet paper on the floor under the sink)

The room was nice and spacious. It was clean, with no musty odors.

The main negative was that they were short staffed. When we went to check out there was no one at the desk. A couple in front of us actually left because they had been waiting so long to check in. I had to go and find the desk clerk to check us out.

Great morning breakfast and the ability to charge my car.

Things I didn't like. Room had a missing light which was fixed. Pool was slick Hot tub was no longer optional. Place had some water leaks

Good location, close enough to down town for my purposes and room was clean and comfy.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating .

The carpet in our room was so dirty that my children¿s feet would end up dirty even after a bath. You could tell some of the surfaces in the room had not been wiped clean either. We stayed for two nights, and no one ever brought towels or tidied up.

The hot tub wasn't open for use.

Location off Interstate for stop over. Great helpful and friendly Staff.

I did not like the HVAC Controls set up, I could not get comfortable temperature wise because the fan would not stay ON even when the HVAC Compressor was off and not cooling.

Location. Front desk did take care of an issue with loud music in the room next door at 9:30 at night even though the occupants told them to go away!

The noise. In order to stay here again, I would need a top floor. You can hear everything from very loud music next door to people walking heavily and flushing toilets. I hardly slept the three nights there.

The staff was friendly

It was filthy and there was holes in the wall terrible patch jobs gross carpet terrible pool and hot tub that wasnt maintained

I wanted this stay to be over after 10 mins of being there. My kids said it was creepy & I agree. The first room we had was on the 3rd floor full of trash and smelt like old pizza. Next room- like a locker room and bleach. Worst hotel stay I¿ve had.

It was very clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. They had a decent breakfast.

Narrow entrance into parking lot.

Hot Tub and Pool was closed. Housekeeping knocked on my door multiple times prior to check out time. Breakfast was not ready until 8:15.

Proximity to local mall.

I really liked all the space in the room. Lots of places to put bags and all of our stuff. Very friendly staff and very willing to meet our needs!

Near restaurants

Exterior signage not working. Hotel set back from street and drove by it because of poor signage. No housekeeping. Hot tub not working
