the receptionist, he was very nice .

The cleanliness wasn’t up to par for us , the wash clothe was full of soap but folded up as though it was clean . The floor was not swept , the counters was not wiped clean . I had to use my Clorox wipes and Lysol to clean this room .

We were charged a $150 deposit & said if we didn't smoke in the room or mess anything up we'd get it back. That was almost a week ago and we still haven't received the deposit. They also tried to charge me for the room when we arrived.

The outdoor pool

Yes they price gouged me and would t continue to. Let me stay becuase i was a local. They have bed bugs and rouches. The owner manager lady is racist

the smell in the room, and the pillows were small, no yogurt for breakfast usually standard in hotels that offer breakfast.

Mildew on sheets,towels and hairdryer

The owners were very polite; however, their staff were not & rude.

Room was quite dark; only 2 table lamps & bedside. The tub running drips constantly with alot of water wasted. The overhead light in bathroom was out so dark also. Reported both issues pronto but they never were fixed.

Honestly nothing.

The hotel is not clean. Pool felt like it is in the middle of the raod and very dirty. In the name of fresh breakfast, we were served gas station frozen food.

Friendly staff

The tub constantly dropped and there was some damage to the room. The pool was dirty

TV did not work, told management & was given another room.

The room decor has been updated. The lobby was nicely decorated. The breakfast was fully stocked. Location was good for me visiting family.

The neighborhood looked dicey-there is a gun shop and liquor store accross the street. I didn't see any questionable characters hanging around.

The staff was friendly and gracious.

It was more humid inside than it was outside. The toilet was small enough for a kindergarten bathroom. Overall a horrible room.

Free breakfast

It was disgusting! Common areas and room were dirty. Carpet had not been vacuumed; coffee stirrers and bits of paper lying around. Carpet was sticky. In spite of using the A/C at a low temperature, the room was very humid. Towels and water spots damp

They forgot to clean my room after the third day. I had a do not disturb so Ign in the morning and no one checked back later

Mostly quiet. Free parking. Free breakfast was OK but limited selection, and if you have any dietary restrictions, good luck. No dairy-free or gluten-free options. Good coffee in free breakfast room, not so great in hotel room.

Only one vending machine -- water, diet soda and most other soda was "sold out" the whole 5-day stay. Staff had no idea when or if it would be refilled. One-ply T.P. and thin/cheap facial tissue. one bar of soap. You could do better.

Comfortable king size bed

A mouse trap in the room. A couple of bugs crawling around and a lack of sound barrier.

The lady at the front desk was very kind, considerate and tried to get us the accommodations we booked.

The first room we had was not cleaned nor was the bed made.

Breakfast was to be included, which is something I always look for, consisted of an apple and frozen biscuits. The coffee was bad, and even the apple juice was undrinkable.

The bed was very comfortable, well-made and very clean. The bathroom was nicely large, also clean with a nice large bright mirror, excellent water pressure in the bath and shower. Towels were all clean and white as was the shower curtain.

The air in the room was very very humid and it was a sticky feeling even though it was cool and wasn’t a perfect rest. Also the floor was sticky feeling as well And there was a slight smell of mold or mildew.

Breakfast was really bad,what stood out was the egg omlette, it was very hard, there's no recovering from something as bad as that was, I dumped it and quickly checked out.
