Cons -
- Surprised to have to pay for parking. No reason to have to do that in Gatlinburg. Breakfast was very limited in selection, but what was there was good. Hard to understand front desk person.
- Water was either scalding or cold, it was reported but didn’t help. Refrigerator did not work. Very disappointed now you are charging for parking. First morning very few items available for breakfast

Very quiet, clean, and comfortable.
Surprised to have to pay for parking. No reason to have to do that in Gatlinburg. Breakfast was very limited in selection, but what was there was good. Hard to understand front desk person.

the air conditioner/heater in the room was somewhat noisy at night felt uncomfortable
