when I called to get the manager’s number to file a complaint, I left my phone number for her, and she actually called me back, which I greatly appreciated that customer service

Bed was dirty. AC didn’t work TV didn’t work tub wouldn’t drain refrigerator was not working.. breakfast was never restocked even though it was completely empty and we waited for 50 minutes

They were able to eat us 2 rooms close together

The leaky faucet, the loud ac, the fridge that didn?t cool, the microwave door wouldn?t open, room wasn?t cleaned, beds and shower curtain wasn?t made/put up

Friendly staff

Pool is not heated as they claim to cold to swim in carpet in room wasn't vacuumed and there was trash under the beds

I paid for a certain room and it wasn¿t honored at all .

Yes I couldn¿t check in even after check in time .. Rooms wasn¿t clean yet .

Parking

Breakfast was basically non-existent, no one restocked anything, once it ran out they left it.

Staff was very friendly and willing to help in anyway possible! Room was very nice! Very comfortable bed and nice linens and awesome pillows! Very pleasant experience staying at this facility! We were at this Holiday Inn due to losing a family member

It was clean. The bed and pillows were way better than what I have at home.

The indoor pool was a little cool.

The beds were tall and hard to get into for kids/shorter people. WiFi password changes overnight on Saturday but no one told us- we got the new password but it would have been nice to have a heads up.

Location for the reason we were in that area

I asked if we could checkout a little later and the young man at the desk was matter fact no. He asked were we a rewards member and when I answered no, he responded with well no.

The cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the staff, and the good food provided in the way of the continental breakfast.

Two Room suite was very comfortable. I feel it should be upgraded to a 3-star in comparison to other places we have stayed.

Buffet was well-stocked, but poorly situated. It often was cramped and full of people because of the layout.

The breakfast lady was very nice, friendly, and prompt. Food was good and fresh.

The checkin lady was almost rude. She was never at the desk, and when she was she did not even welcome us. Just asked for a credit card. The room was not very clean. There were sunflower seeds on the floor from a previous guest!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple years and they have been great each time. Helpful and polite staff, comfy beds and a complete breakfast.

Location was best thing about this hotel

Breakfast was disappointing very little out when we got there at 8:00 waited 15 minutes a woman brought out 3 pieces of sausage had a sausage biscuit another 15 minutes past we left HUNGRY. My son went down 15 minutes after we left still very little food.

THe laidy at the reception  was very nice. She made the check in process a breeze and made a very warm welcoming upon arrival. The hotel is the Best in Dayton. the facilities are basically new.

Even though is the best hotel in Dayon, I believe the price for the city/area is a little bit over priced. IMHO $--- includding taxes would be the best for its location. But current prices are north fo ---Dlls per night including taxes.
