They moved my room for the same price to the lower floor. I needed cause I’m handicap.

Only that I was put on an upper floor, but I believe that was probably my fault

everyone was friendly and very clean

the door to my room had a large crack at the bottom that let light in. my concern was someone could easily pry it open.

Decent breakfast

Moldy smelling room, coffee maker dirty and not plugged in and plug not accessible so had to move it across room

Good breakfast, clean rooms, warm pool

No HDMI ports on TV so I couldn't use my Roku stick.

It was very clean and nicely decorated.

The breakfast options should be enhanced. The hot water carafe was not warm enough. Also, most hotels have carafes filled with decaf and regular coffee which they did not have.

Check in was an issue, booked for my wife losing her as the guest, and already paid for...but they had issues with it and had her wait while I emailed sighed papers and cc copy

We had a funeral to attend. Close to family and eateries.

We checked out early in the morning. The night desk person was not very nice. Actually he was somewhat rude.

The staff was great.

$250 for a deposit is way too much. $50-100 is industry standard for a hotel at this level.

It was clean.

Front desk wasn't staffed. Waited nearly 30 minutes to check in. The workout room and pool appeared to be permanently closed. Stairwell on my end was closed. I asked for 1st floor and given 3rd floor. Rude receptionist charged me an extra $250.

The super nice staff and the cleanliness. Seems like they were always mopping and making sure everything was spotless. I also liked staff who decorated the tree. The location was perfect because it was so close to everything you could need.

Nope. It really was a great experience!!!! We will be staying there again everytime we visit family in the Dayton area

Staff,location and how clean it was.

They said they had free hot breakfast. Usually when I stayedat motels that said that it was eggs,sausage,biscuit&gravy, oatmeal,and pancakes. They just had waffles and the wife couldn't get any because the employee was trying to get the batter thin enough

Beds were Comfy

Hot breakfast consisted of asking the desk person for a microwave sausage or waffles and it was almost empty

Staff was great. Room was clean. Plenty of towels.

Room smelled musty.

Bed comfort, size of the room, cleanliness of the hotel and room.

Only thing to make it better would be more hot breakfast items.

The SleepInn has been by far the cleanest and nicest hotel that I ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly, helpful and amazing! I hope their employer values them because finding a team like they have is hard to find.

The only disappointment I had was not having the full buffet breakfast but that is no one¿s fault and unfortunately the time we are in. But what was available was very satisfactory.

The hot breakfast and coffee every morning!

The staff going through my room when i had do not disturb on the door. When i was not there at the time. Plus they over charged me for 2 nights I had already paid for on line.

No. Clean, nice, updated.

The room was very clean.

I couldn't check in until 3:30 and had to ask for clean towels. The lady at desk said that's how it is now but I've never had to ask for clean towels anywhere else. Unfortunately I had to check out a day early and used the no refund option.

The staff at front desk and the housekeeping ladies are absolutely the friendly people! Staying with two small babies it can get messy and loud. Extremely nice ladies!
