Quality Inn Bulls Gap

Nothing likeable

People included front desk smoking outside of the door entrance, my family was walking in while all the secondary smoke around the entrance. The elevator was heavy smoked, while opened my room, it was musty smell come to my face, breakfast was like none

The older Heater just was warmer ,never got hot overnight . The water also is warmer,no hot.

We traveled a very long time and this hotel was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was courteous and professional. We will be back!!

It¿s a old hotel, the bathrooms were poorly updated what seems like 10plus yrs ago. Not much of selection for breakfast.

High ceilings, breakfast was delicious, and shower felt nice. Everything was clean and the bed had me so well rested!

Room was dirty, needed repairs, and it smelled horrible.

Rooms were very clean, and the bed was soft and awesome.

It was very noisy! You could hear the traffic all night!

We intentionally chose this hotel for its location. This was our second visit within 3 months. Breakfast has hot options. We will continue to stay here when traveling.

Hotel unplugs all appliances (fridge, coffee maker) apparently to save electricity between guests and outlets are hard to access to turn back on.

Beds were awesome. Staff very accommodating.

Exercise equipment needs to be updated.

They could not find my confirmation and it did not show up on my phone until after the stay. I ended up paying full price for a crappy room that had ants all over ... ANTS were inside my yeti cup, on my clothes, the bed and floor. Disgusting

It happened to be in the correct place when my wife became too tired to travel another mile.

Quality Inn does not even come close to being the correct name for this franchise location. The electronic card key would not work after 3 attempts at reprogramming. Repairs/upgrades to our room were unprofessional, cheaply done, and longterm incomplete.

Located a little too far from Morristown, but there wasn't much available in Morristown.

Very cold. The heater in the room was okay. Rest of the building was not heated at all. Advised a gym but it was a storage room
