They took $10.00 from my deposit because of dirty wash rags

The only light that work was in the bathroom. There was no water in the was not able to take a shower/bath or wash my hand and face before go to work

It was advertised with pictures that absolutely did not match the experience. They had very poor looking rooms, a microwave that did not work, the bed was terrible, there were holes in the walls, and the PTAC unit worked intermittently. No breakfast as ad

The room was falling apart, the toilet came off the base, the room was crooked and collapsing in on itself (yes, for real)

No pet fees. Staff is wonderful.

This hotel is completely disgusting. The concrete stairs are cracked and broken, tv didn¿t work and the staff told me to try and get a refund. Bugs were in the room, the blankets were torn, sheets stained and people were outside yelling and screaming

How quick they were to take my keys back and state that they were willing to give a refund. However, the refund has not been processed so I may have to reach out for assistance with that from my bank or by your company.

Roaches, loose wiring, it was dirty, bathroom had mold, and office chair in the room was severely damaged. The stairs up the room felt loose and were rusted leaving us feeling unsafe using them. Staff said to get receipt for refund to ensure I $$ back.

The owner was great and helpful and the room was ok, bathrooms need updated but overall good

Not owner fault but there is a giant Mexican restaurant right beside hotel and many patrons parked at hotel,

The beds were very comfortable, & if we had any problems management worked with us easily and was willing to help in any way!

The bathroom shower needed to be repaired, had pieces missing throughout the shower and toilet area. Then we saw quite a few cockroaches and when I reported it, I got told they had just recently sprayed but would get the bug sprayers back in immediately.

absolutely nothing good. the doors did not lock, the walls were scraped up, air conditioning did not work. overall the rooms were dirty.

i disliked every aspect of this motel. it felt unsafe, doors did not lock, and the rooms were dark (lights did not work). i would never stay or recommend this to anyone.

It was not as advertised AT ALL. Disgusting all around, no hot water, shower dripped all night, holes in the walls...

Location

1) Hotel was being remodeled and dining room was not available. The free breakfast was not available. 2) The first room offered had a 4 inch hole in the bathtub The door would not lock. 3) The bed linen and blankets had cigarette burns/holes in them.

I was able to sleep inside a building.

The room itself was a problem, The cleanliness was horrendous.

People can complain about anything, but not appreciate zero bed bugs and cleaner environment than average motels.

I hate the fact people diss this motel, but you picked this motel. Most of the people damage the rooms because of the area. I have no problems what so ever with this super 8 it deserves a five star

Everything. Absolutely everything I did not like. The rooms smelled like smoke (non smoking room), the plumbing was so horrible I did not even get to shower. The showers were DIRTY, the pillows were STAINED. Outside were full of druggies, etc.
