the fact that i was checking out the next morning

room was sub par at best for the cost then i had to pay an additional security deposit before checking in. the a/c unit had mold on it and the flooring wasnt finished

The front desk person on the day we checked out was super nice and professional

It was unclear , cigarette burns all over the bath tub area and the comforters, also the morning we checked out employees began coming to our room and telling us to get out at 800 in the morning .. rude rude rude

The service. It took me hours to check in and they wanted to take my money and not let me stay after my wallet was stolen. I only got to be in the room like five hours.

The curved shower rod was turned the wrong way but it's still great , those are supposed to curve out to give more shoulder space for bigger guys like me lol

Yes, toilet seat was not secure was missing screw on back of seat, no tissue was in room, someone came in my room with a room key, if my son hadn’t been near by the person would have re-entered the room and I had no knowledge that he was was in there!

Not very clean, black mold growing in the shower and the walls leaked when I showered. Other guests made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Will not be going back.

Shower did not work. Told front desk about it on first day when I left for work. Worked 18 hours and got back to room and shower was not fixed. Went to front desk and they said they were full and could not move me.

Quiet place

Charges 25$ for additional nights to add to your stay per day. So if you add two nights like I did they charge 50$ don't make sense since you are already in your room but the excuse is it's early check fee. Make it make sense or is it just scam?

Quiet location

I stayed a total of 3 nights 4 days. Last two nights I got charge 25$ daily for booking my room on daily basis and going back to same room early. That's a way to scam someone from money in my opinion and they would not give Receipt.

The people who run this place are slum lords, beware! I extended my room an extra night and the family running it charged me a $35 check in early fee. Shameful business practices and nasty rooms, beware of this place!

I'd rather sleep under a bridge than stay here again. Terrible slum lords running the place. Business must seriously be bad for them right now.

The room was like a five star in cleanliness. Staff was very nice.

The stair way and walk way was very scary to walk on. They have been patched before that looks like the person doing it was the first day on the job. Also, the door to room gets stuck when opening it. Also, the $100 deposit was a surprise

Location is in great location and it's near the MTA bus Stop at Ford Ice center.

Location is great. It¿s right off of I24, allows for very quick and easy access to all the major highways and freeways in the Nashville area. The area is a generally safe place to be.

The rooms are completely and utterly filthy. It¿s just abundantly clear that the house keeping could care less about detailed cleaning and rushes through the housekeeping process. You¿d be better off to stop at the store and pick up cleaning supplies .

The room I was given was absolutely filthy. The tv did not work. There was graffiti on the wall.
