The room could have been cleaner. There was blood on the bathroom sink & there was a dirty washcloth thrown over the shower curtain rod.

I didn’t get the room I reserved. I was given an older room. Also the water was cold in the shower that evening and in the morning. The front desk guy was rude during checkout.

Proximity to my son's apartment! 7 minutes away!

Even though maid service came in, body wash was not filled in the shower.

The odor was so bad I wanted to leave. So I left and didn't return until late evening.

The breakfast was great, the room was a comfortable place to sleep, and the gym was cool.

No inside pool and the power plug was slow charging my phone.

Location and price

Staff wasn¿t personable, dirty in lobby and hallways, room was musty and dingy. The only saving grace was the price.

The staff is friendly, parking is good, hotel is very clean, and a convenience store is in 2-3 minute walking distance. This was my 4th stay. Breakfast is pretty good too :)

More handicap spots would be nice!

The hotel smelled really good when we walked in. It was very clean.

We were placed next door to a guest with a dog that whined and cried a good portion of the night. I think pet owners should be placed on floors with other pet owners. We paid a lot for the room and did not appreciate the inconvenience.

Probably the roughest Hampton Inn I¿ve ever stayed at. The young man at the front desk was very kind, and the room was just OK. The entire facility needs renovated.

the staff were friendly and very accommodating not only to our family but the very large group for the weekend (hockey tournament)

The gym was very small & outdated

The very strong smell of some fragrance in the lobby sparked an instant headache for the people in my party. when I asked what it was, the employee behind the desk said she had no idea what I was talking about and then said.. oh Hampton has its own scent

Condition of room was poor with wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls and very poor lighting in bathroom. Ill fitting sheets on bed kept slipping off when in bed & trying to sleep. This hotel did not meet Hampton Inn high standards of quality known for.

The person on duty that night was amazing!! She was dealing with customers, paving the driveway, working late - all with a smile on her face. She was awesome!
