Breakfast, nice shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hairdryer, clean, wonderful!

Convenient locations on the main highway thru town, delicious free breakfast with eggs, free coffee all day, clean comfy room, great amenities like gym and pool and hot tub, lots of parking close to the front door, delicious restaurant across the street.

Not many great options for hotels in Winner. This hotel is the better one by far. Beds are comfy, room is pretty spacious and the Continental breakfast is pretty good.

The swimming pool was horrible! Water was green and very cloudy. You couldn¿t see to the bottom of the 4 1/2 ft deep end. The hot tub was disgusting. My kids found a tampon in the hot tub! So gross! Clearly the pool & the hot tub are not cleaned! Filthy!

wifi did not work in room at all, and barely elsewhere. shower curtain smelled mildewy

Better breakfast than expected.

Super noisy. We could hear other guests through the walls on both sides of the room.

Friendly Staff, Room was good. Good Job on the hot breakfast.

Lobby was cluttered, entrance was not clean, had trash/cigarette butts all over as you walked up. Lobby seemed unkempt - Not really what I expected from a Holiday in Express.

The room was large and clean. The staff was very upbeat even in the late hour of our check in.

They used COVID as an excuse to not have a hot breakfast. There was not anyone on staff in the breakfast room. We usually book HIE, because of the hot breakfast, the pool, and the cleanliness. They didn’t allow pool access, and our bathtub was dirty.

Refrigerator was not on and had to cool down, No Laundry bag in the room. Seemed pricey for what it was

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was expected quality.

Winner is a good drive from I-90. Unless you need to be in the area it's a lengthy detour.

I don¿t think it has always been a holiday inn express, it would be nice if there was ice machines In each floor

Traveling for business and found the hotel accommodating and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Would use again next time I¿m in the area.
