Comfortable beds

Text message after stay requested tip, breakfast selection was good, but hot items weren’t warm

Absolutely hated the fact there was no elevator! Also, our room was billed as the Honeymoon room. Way overstated and overpriced!

Room was clean, location was great. Bed and pillows were comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hot was very hot and most jets were not working, they had jets they were just not working. The pool was cold .

The bathroom was tiny. The breakfast was very limited. The staff was unfriendly. The motel was extremely overpriced.

Staff were friendly and helpful, not intrusive re: cleaning.

Location not where I anticipated. Could use a restaurant. Bathroom really needs a grab bar as toilets are low

My kids loved the pool area. Nice hotel in a small town.

Great location for hunting trip

We had 4 rooms during our stay. 3 of the 4 room we saw cockroaches. Roaches were also at the pool/hot tub area. Place needs a very deep clean.

The location was right off the highway with easy access.

The clerk was less than helpful. The price online with two small dogs was $40 less than what was charged. It was late and we were tired so we just accepted it. But in retrospect I should have made a stink. No, we will not stop there again when passing by.

Decor was nice. Amazingly quiet for a FULL motel!. Pool was fun with water slide etc

Stairwell had bunch of mud, but maybe lean staff didn¿t have chance to clean it yet. Breakfast was a little slim pickings too.

According to the locals that were stranded there during the blizzard, it's the best hotel in the area.

Most of the restaurants and grocery stores were about 2-4 miles away. The driveway into the hotel was very hard to get into because of drifting snow.

The location is great! The cleanliness was spot on. The pool is a hit with the grandkids!

Only disappointment was the cleanliness of the breakfast area. It was very busy and there were food spills (cereal, waffle batter, dirty tables) that were not cleaned up. The very young employee who filled the empty waffle batter looked past the mess!

Decent breakfast and "Lodge" decor.

NO ELEVATOR. The front desk is not very willing to assist with heavy luggage up the stairs. I waited for almost 15 minutes for someone to assist and he acted like it made him mad. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Beds were comfortable . Lots of parking

Nobody working in the breakfast area. Breakfast was available until 10am but by 9am most offerings were depleted. There were a lot of flies in that area. Second entry door was unlocked the whole time.

Nice atmosphere and themed decor.

Too many flies. Automatic doors and the area were the main contributors for this.

Location was perfect right off the interstate.

Hotel staff was rude, and there was a lot of hair in the bath tub. Bed sheets were clean and that was the most important part.
