Comfort Inn & Suites Summerset - North Rapid City

Hot tub is always out of order every time we stay there ¿¿ There was no coffee at the continental breakfast. Shower curtain was moldy

allowed pets. location. staff was VERY friendly

clean room, quiet, and efficient cleaning staff

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is away from the busy part of Rapid City, which we appreciated.

The key didn't work on the first try most of the time. The breakfast offerings were not to our tastes.

Friendly staff and very clean nice rooms

Due to virus, no pool or breakfast included

The friendly staff and continental breakfast

The stained sheets we had. And they hairy bathroom

When we indicated a preference, a friendly front counter staff woman gave us a 3rd floor room on the end, which had some decent views of the Black Hills. My wife and I are seniors, so we appreciated the lack of 'kid traffic' to and from the pool.

Friday's free breakfast was lame, although that may have had to do with light occupancy. Saturday and Sunday were better, but we still ate elsewhere.

Friendly staff, comfortable clean room with plenty of space.

There was blood on my bathroom floor, the room smelled awful of cigarette smoke.....they would not refund me my money

The large king bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and towels.

Price

The bed was hard and the room was old and needed some attention

The location is the only great thing about it.

My bill was messed up and it took time to straighten it out. Second, I paid to extend my stay only to be told later that I couldn't extend. Hot Breakfast did not exist at 8am.Third,the bed was uncomfortable & at 8am, breakfast was

The best thing was the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast was ok.

Rooms need major updating...pool area was out of order. location is kinda far out. Staff left me at front desk waiting to check in while on the phone making a reservation. Just an ok stay.

Pool and sauna was awesome. Clean rooms, nice bed. Parking was great.

Hotel was a bit far from city limits. But otherwise nice place

Location was good, easy on and off highway.

I was checked into a room that already had guest staying in the room. Was able to walk into a room with another guest belongings everywhere in the room. If guest extend their visit , more communication needs to take place between staff.

Pool for granddaughter and convenience right off I90.

Pool to cold for adults.

Room was nice and quiet. Normally I don't sleep well in hotels. I actually slept really well there. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only issue was the hot tub in the pool area didn't work for two of our nights there.

Super clean, great lodge decor, quiet, food was tasty and hot, very clean rooms, pool area was very nice and the hot tub was great! The staff was so friendly and professional! The drive from Rapid is worth it. I'll be staying here every time.

Nothing I didn't like.

The price

The staff was very rude. I stood waiting while hotel employee sat eating his dinner because his computer wasn't ready (he said) he sat there and ate and when I finally got my room keys he threw them on the counter. He charged me for the room even after I had alread

The room was very nice for a two star hotel.

I didn't care for room service know King on my door at 8 am to clean when check out is 11
