Quiet and clean

They were out of most breakfast items and coffee at 8.

Clean, great service, great breakfast.

Everything was great beautiful entrance, decent snack area, breakfast fresh and delicious rooms clean and roomy nice walk in showers.

Hotel had nice shower heads.

Housekeeping kept trying to get into my room starting at 8:40am. Worst breakfast ever.

Nowhere to plug in electronics on one side of the bed so you have to get out of bed to charge your iPad or phone over night. The lighting in the room is AWFUL! Bright cool white light 100W bulbs in the bedside lamps made them unusable. The worst!

Lodging

The clerk at the desk gave us the run around accessing us of being fraudulent. Becky/ because gave us an extremely hard time to even check in. I'll NEVER RETURN TO YOUR HOTEL AGAIN. FRAUDULANT? I had to fill out extra forms and was still denied access.

The decor was thoroughly modern, very aesthetically pleasing throughout.

Yes, the $50 pet charge was a nasty surprise and out of sync with other Aberdeen hotels which rely on pheasant hunters. One hotel I stayed at only had a $20 charge, and yet another hotel (My Stay) charged $10 but waived that if you were a hunter.

This is a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff.

Hotel was very clean. Easy to find.

There was only one ice machine on the 3rd floor. We called to ask the where the ice machines were. The front desk said on every floor being the elevator. This was not the case. Third floor only. We get to the ice machine and no ice. Very disappointing!!!

Get a water softener so it doesn’t take an hour to wash the soap off.

I spent five days at this hotel and the staff were wonderful!

Just a great place to stay quiet clean great staff

The breakfast was always hot and ready. They had a large variety of items to choose from. Fresh waffles and eggs and 2 different kinds of meat. Fresh fruit and breads, yogurts, with all the toppings. Staff did need to stay on top of bringing more items out before they ran dry

I do not like all the hotels skipping days of cleaning for the bottom line. I stay in the hotel so I don't have to make the bed. I will use my towel over but it is nice coming into a made up bed every night. If I wanted to make my bed I would get an ABB
