This is a very 'tired' property. Recent remodel did ok but building is in rough condition. doors are in especially bad shape. parking lot in bad shape. Windows have some type of aged film. Just in rough shape.

This hotel was disgusting. The window curtains were moldy. There were almost no plug ins. The bedding was yellow stained (I don't know if it was even clean). We had to go ask for fresh blankets. The carpet was coming up in several spots.

Mold on bed along with other stains on cover. Booked it for the pool and it was closed but we were never told. Went through 3 dirty rooms before we got one half way decent.

Friendly and clean

Pool was VERY COLD Hot tub was not very hot

Staff members were very responsive, polite, and professional.

The room needed a deep cleaning it was very dirty behind the furniture there was a nasty smelly sock left and trash that was not picked up and it was dusty so it had been there a while.

one ice machine worked and the other one ran nonstop being noisy

The bathroom sink leaked under the counter while I was washing my face and brushing my teeth. Had to put the trash can under it to collect the drips. Also the shower water pressure was very disappointing.

Cheerful staff! Hotel employee gave great directions & actually carried my suitcases up the stairs & a cleaning staff lady brought them down at check out. Also helped with my allergy requests. Lots of towels, fridge, privacy curtains & A.C. Great scrambled eggs.

Pets allowed in all rooms, no stairs, not much gluten-free. You might want to bring some food or check out Ruby Tuesdays nearby for gluten free menu.

Easy location off the interstate. A lot of food options nearby. The room was clean and well-appointed.

The room was dated and the carpet was worn.

We checked in went to our room to see some weird white stains on the carpet going up the side of the bedding, opened the fridge to find old food in it. So we grabbed our bags returned the keys and cancelled our room with front desk.

Everything. We cancelled and left 5 mins after checking into our room.

Staff was excellent, from the manager to the desk staff. Pleasant and attentive to our requests.

We reserved a non-smoking room. However, when we arrived, it was very definite that there was a smoke odor in the room. The hotel was a non-smoking facility for two years, so we were told. Contacted the desk, which did a spray job and took care this.

It had comfy beds and friednly staff. The free breakfast was good and the staff were cleaning all the time in the lobby area to keep it feeling sanitary and clean.

The rooms smelled like cigarettes. Both rooms had urine all over toilet. One bed was broke so if you laid on one side it flipped over & dumped you on the floor

Nothing really

Hotel was disgusting. Our room smelled like musty smoke with a heavy layer of air freshener on top of it. There were hole in the wall and missing trim, the tub had moldy grout, and the hot tub smelled like urine.

Leaving this dirty place

Grime and dirt all over. Bad breakfast, staff just sat and would not clean up the area.

Quality Inn had a good basic room with helpful/friendly staff.

It was great.

Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, breakfast was exceptional for the price of the room. Still $20 higher than most surrounding areas, but still affordable.
