the room was great, staff was awesome-especially cory who was working front desk!

The room was really quite. Could not hear the nieghbors or the hall way.

The breakfast was a little on the small side.

The staff at the front desk and breakfast. The breakfast was also good.

The room was outdated and the bed was not comfortable. It was similar to sleeping on a rock.

sign in bathroom said if i forgot anything to stop by front desk... stopped by front desk for Q-tips that i forgot, was told they didn't have any but could buy some.

Front desk staff was awesome

No biggy - but there were no tables to eat from in the morning - all full.

Staff was nice and it was clean.

TV could have been placed no so far from the bed.

This is the second time we have stayed there. Everyone is friendly, rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was great for a continental breakfast. Thank you for all you do to make it a wonderful stay!

The heater in our room was very loud and rattling. I did not notice until I turned it in at 3:00 in the morning, so I just slept with it rattling the rest of the night. I mentioned it to the front desk in the morning and all she didn¿t seem to care.

Staff was amazing! She definitely went above and beyond. We were traveling for an event and our equipment didn¿t arrive and she went out of her way to help us find equipment to borrow. It was refreshing to see someone with compassion and kindness!!

Will not be back to South Dakota for a long time. The hotel staff didn¿t take COVID precautions seriously, boasting that they were not bamboozled by the rest of the nations concerns. They currently have the highest infection rate in the nation.

We were disappointed there was not hot breakfast as stated on the website. We looked to verify it was cancelled because of C-19. Nothing mentioned anywhere. When we got there and asked about they said they do not open the breakfast if under 50% full.

We had 10 people staying there from MN and planned a good breakfast to start the day. Muffins and coffee just is not the same. This also added an additional cost to our trip that we were not counting on. The rest was good but I would not stay again.

Employees and service top notch. Rooms were clean, location was excellent!

The room did not have a microwave or small refrigerator. The staff was kind enough to bring us a refrigerator, which also resulted in our top shelf feed back scores with this hotel.

Breakfast was great

First night there, visited the hot tub/indoor pool area, and the radio was messing up, it would only play small parts of 4 different songs over and over. When contacting the front desk they said it was in their managers office and they couldn't fix it.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. Every person I spoke with including our housekeeper (who was super smiley), 3 front desk associates (who were very helpful and knowledgable) and the lady tending the breakfast who was extremely and happily attentive.

I didn't like that we couldn't run a fan all night on the wall unit (but the front desk brought us one!). I would have liked there to be a door in the sink room area of the room as well. We had a 2 queen bed suite.
