The best part was the original lady that checked me in on Christmas Eve and cut me a break.

The rest of the staff are liars, and racist. I was threatened physically and lied to about late check out I was given. I'll be charging this back.

2 Roaches im room. litter in hall & outside doors

The room was down a hall filled with long term guests. The place smelled like cheap cigarettes or pot. My wife and girls were super uncomfortable.

No carpets, the man at night was friendly, location.

Most doors were not working with the key card. Bloody/dirty fingerprints on the wall, dirt and hair around the base of the mini fridge. Rusty and dirty A/C unit. The ultimate worst was the 2" of putrid water under the bottom of the tub that smelled.

My room was very clean but hotel overall was run down.

The motel was a mess. Boxes all in lobby, construction zone pot holes everywhere. Terrible booking experience as it did not make clear I would need to be at the motel to show my ID and card. Dirty looking establishment.

It was filthy, scary, smelly. We had to wear socks to keep our feet from being black. Smoke alarm laying broken on shelf. Had to ask for towels.

Liked nothing! Not as presented on line!!! Shame on you!

Did not like anything! Hotel had roaching wondering. Appeared as a crack head hotel. The police brought 3 cars there that night and then the other cars scrambled. There was no breakfast as described! Waffles was about it with no plastic wear.

The front-desk staff was amazing. The room clean. The other guests were quiet on both sides.

The room was spacious.

Reserved a jacuzzi suite online, then upcharged $40 upon arrival. Had to clean jacuzzi before using. The room held moisture leaving the floor slick the entire time. Manager was rude/ disrespectful while I was leaving. There's lots of room for improvement

The genuine staff... their kindness.I feel like everyone here watches out for one another!

It's not their fault but unfortunately we have people that disrespect kindness and leave messes and do damage that is very hard to keep up with when you can't get staff or afford to keep staff working 24/7 keep up the trash that some guests leave behind.

There was no remote for the tv, the refrgerator did not work & smelled, hot water in the sink, none in the shower. I was highly disappointed and will not stay again

Cockroaches in bathroom. Large full garbage bags outside doors had been gotten into by animals and garbage was strewn about. Pool was closed on order of Health Department. People up and about past midnight. Awful experience. Only motel listed as close.

It had a lot of cats around it and the front desk person didn't know what he was doing seeing that my car was to climb when it was not decl ined he just didn't know how to operate the computer

Online & in the app it says they are pet friendly. But when you go to check in, they have a sign saying they don¿t allow pets. Had to speak to manager as I was coming from 4 hrs away and had my service dog with me and I had already paid in advance

the convenience of the location to where our tournament was

the bathtub/shower had dirty soap left on the side, and the bath tub plug was broken, could only take a shower.
