Our bathroom shower drained VERY slowly

The breakfast was great!

The heating and cooling unit was acting funny. I didn't need it so I unplugged it but it could be a problem if it gets cold or warm

Clean, clean and clean! Great location.

Mattress was a bit firm for my taste.

I liked everything about this motel. The room was very clean. Everything in the room worked correctly. The complimentary breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of choices. It was a great stay.

There was only one functioning elevator. The motel was booked to capacity with an athletic event that weekend. Have only one elevator meant waiting to go up or down to your fifth floor room.

The room was super clean, I was very impressed. Breakfast included was on point: eggs, fruits, juice dispenser machine, cereals, milk, make your own waffles. When the quantity lowered a little bit, there was a staff member to refill the items. Great plac.

My first visit to the Hampton Inn in South Carolina. And was totally disappointed by how the bed linens had the smell of an old attic, I¿m still having respiratory discomfort to this day. The staff was pleasant no complaints. I usually have an excellent

The LADIES and I emphasize the LADIES at the Reception were excellent and went out of the way to help eliminate challenges.

A MALE member at the reception lied to me about amenities and their availability which was NOT necessary and then went out of his way to re-enforce his lie which was insulting. (scrambled eggs were way way too salty and with a heart condition not a goo

Very convenient location for the area, and very comfortable beds!

I had an issue the first night with the water temperature not being hot. The next morning, it was back to normal, so I assume it was just a slight technicality. Everything else was great!

I feel like Hampton hotels are slipping. Customer service wasn¿¿t outstanding. My first room assignment was obviously not cleaned. Had to get another room. Apparently now if you stay longer than one day, nobody comes to even empty trash.

Clean, comfortable room, and a well stocked refrigerator of drinks in the lobby for socializing

The A/C was really cold, and could not be adjusted above 70. And there were not enough pillows on the bed

Staff was very courteous and the hotel was very clean.

Hot water in our room did not work. Freezing cold shower.

Everyone that works there is friendly. Breakfast is good. The rooms are very clean.

There was someone in the lobby that was there when we checked in at midnight and was still there in the morning when we ate breakfast at 6:15. They were in their same clothes sleeping in a chair... pretty sure they slept there all night.
