The reserved room was not available, it did not look like the web pictures, there was considerable noise from tenants late into the morning. There was a consistent smell of marijuana on the premises from multiple rooms

The room was nasty . had dirty linen on the bed blood pee stains I had to report that still waiting nobody responding back for that it was a dirty diaper behind the folded up couch bed trash around the pool area was dirty. I just didn't have pleasant stay

Very dated, dirty roaches, floors coming up, moldy bathroom, moldy unpleasant balcony, very bad smell, over all uncomfortable

My room was not ready because it was dirty. So I was placed in a double on first floor. Infront of patio on ground was dildo and a wash cloth. It was noisy from people above. The pillows looked like they were slept on already. The tissue holder did not stay on wall. Only because I arrived at 1am I stayed the night. I checked out when I woke up and asked for a refund. I was refunded only 1 day and have yet to see my refund back on my card.

The location is close to the interstate. Beds slept decent and enough towels made us happy.

What I didn’t like about the property the flickering lights throughout the facilities on the Suburban side. As for the room, extermination truly needed,we encountered roaches.

The room was not clean,the hall was not clean,the water was cold,I wanted king bed got a queen.

He couldn't find our booking. After waiting a long time he was finally able to find our reservation. Once we finally got our room keys, we went to the room and got greeted by a roach crawling all over the door before we even got into the room. Once in the room, the floors were sticky, there was an old spill infront of the fridge, there was gross staining all over the lampshade that looked like blood, and then another 2 roaches crawling around all over the bathroom before we decided to leave and find somewhere else to stay

Lots and lots of police visiting for what seemed to be permanent stays. Swearing and door slamming at all hours.

No breakfast; we left at 9amLorenzo was a very good staff person. He was very helpful and actually made our stay tolerable.

The hall ways on the non smoking side smelled like reefer; the bed squeeked; the bed spread was wrinkle and appeared dirty. We suggest you use colored bed spreads white not good. trash on the walkways.

Our room and bathroom were not clean. The one bed had yellow stains on sheets. The floor around tub was dirty and human hairs in tub. The whole floor was very sticky. The breakfast consisted of very few items.

It was inexpensive and they have a pool.

There were roaches. The bedding smelled and was stained. The pool was shut down while I was there.

The beds were comfortable and our room had an apartment size refrigerator. The room we had was very spacious.

The area was a little shady. It seems people live there for days/weeks. They had bikes and grills outside their patio. The pool was closed. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. Two gentlemen came in looking for a room. We walked the halls, went outside, called the front desk for 15 minutes before someone appeared. The desk clerk finally came in the door. He apologized. A nasty woman came in and wanted her room key activated because she stays there a lot. There was a confrontation. I would have left but I booked online and had until 4pm to cancel for free. When we got to the room, a roach ran under the microwave.

The closeness to work and the choices of tv stations.

Bathroom wall was dirty under the sink. When I paid what money I had and told them I wouldn't get my check till 7AM and I'd pay the balance then they were ok with it, but on wed I woke up and told I had to leave because I owed a balance of 102.00 well my money came in wed morning and they charged me 121.00 so I'll never go back there again!!

Nothing the property look like it was an abandoned bldg. I checked out my room and it wasn't like the pic online. Looking for booking.com to reimburse my deposit. Thank you
