Very clean, friendly staff. Room was very comfortable.

Quality of the breakfast food in the could have been better since it was not included in the fee for the stay. Most similar hotels provide this type of breakfast for free.

This hotel cancelled my reservation after I called to advise that I would check-in after midnight. Called early the next morning to share my arrival time to this news. Assured that they would "take care of me" ..... Why the unnecessary drama?

Easy access to I77

Restaurant was closed. Bed was not comfortable. Refrigerator took hours to cool down. Room temperature was not acceptable on check in. No pen or stationary. Overall not acceptable for me money.

Easy to get to from the interstate; clean, comfortable room; welcoming staff and excellent treatment; smart layout and usefulness of lobby area; and superb breakfast buffet!

The fitness room could use more space. Maybe just some open space. No need for more equipment.

The bed was very comfortable and there was a separate seating area from the bedroom. There was a restaurant right next to the hotel which we walked to.

A little older, but very nice. Carpets in the hallways needed a little cleaning and a little mold in the shower area. Overall, very good for the price.

My room was over priced and the restaurant and bar wasn't open and you had to pay for breakfast

I can't remember her name, but the front desk attendant was very personable, warm and made us feel welcomed. We checked in around 2pm on July 11.

The hotel is in a great location and surrounded by a lot of dining options and retail stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will be returning when in the area.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool was a plus. Walking distance to restaurant. Close to other restaurants and stores. Functional exercise room.

The elevators made sounds and quick, abrubt stops that made us feel uneasy. Other guests felt the same way.

The location is right off the highway and close to restaurants and shopping. The staff is pleasant, professional and friendly. Level of noise was low.

I’ve stayed at 3-5 star hotel and for the money this one can’t be beat. Very clean hotel and room, friendly and customer centric staff and the room met my expectations.

Only thing I could gripe about was that the room didn’t have any actual glasses. Only plastic cups. I didn’t complain but I’m sure had I did they would’ve accommodated me.

It was all good. Hard to choose. If I have to say something, it would be that the hallways were short; you didn't have to walk a mile to get the room, no matter what room you had.

Only thing I didn't like was, no free breakfast. But, you can't really complain about that. There are a ton of inexpensive restaurants nearby.

Great location, close to restaurants. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable.

There was a dirty rag on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived. My husband told the front desk and they gave us a coupon for free breakfasts for both of us. Very nice! Also, why don't they have exhaust fans in the bathrooms? Like a sauna!
