Red Roof Inn Orangeburg

It was close to the thruway exit/entrence, staff was pleasant, price was , great, room was clean and newly renovated, and the fresh waffles were Awesome! I' would stop here again.😃👍

Room had very dirty armchair with stains all over it, floor was dirty, room smelled like old smoke, tv remote control had a residue all over it.

Hot water and the AC work!!!!!

The smell of the room the furniture is old. The carpet needs to be replaced and the entire room needs to be renovated.

I like the fact that they?re quick to take your money and any mistake you made whether it be just a day difference they want you to pay again and keep your money for the mistake you made hard-core lol

I was told I could not change dates that the money was lost however they did allow me to rent a room for the correct date and keep my money for the date that I was not going to be present. Family member dying. It was terrible and they made it worse.

The carpet was removed. Look like they renovated room some.

The bathroom tub was pulling. . Be nice if they modernize the bathroom.

Was convenient to the Interstate.

The toilet would not flush solid wastes. I went to the office at 1:30 am to obtain a plunger. After plunging several times, it still would not flush.

There's nothing I liked about it. The hotel was filthy,old, outdated and I saw roaches in my second room. It didn't have lamp to plug cell phone chargers in to.

The only thing is there is smoking out front ashtrays are there there should be a bench or something for handicapped people to sit out there if they want to smoke

Everything, It was the most rundown hotel I have ever seen! It is filthy, the paint on the wall is chipping, the chairs are disguising, I really want my money back, If you don't screen your location better, you will not have people using you.

The first room had no electricity. The second room had some outlets not working and the television did not work.

Friendly Staff. Bed was comfortable.

No plug outlets next to bed. Could not charge phones or oxygen equipment. Bedding tore wrong size. Dirty floor. Bathroom ceiling tiles broken and hole stuffed with plastic shopping bags. No head board just the mounting brackets. Trains all night.

No plug on floor lamp. Dirty carpet. Quiet! Refrigerator not cooling. Deposit not posted but demanded by clerk.

Nothing except that the location was perfect for our journey.

The AC was so loud we could get a good night's sleep. The mini fridge was not working well. The carpet was worn and not very clean. We expected much better. The breakfast was satisfactory. The whole place is old and used.

Hotel was easy on and off Highway. Did have alot of places around it to choose from to eat.

Did not like the bedroom area. Paint peeling off ceiling . Looked like they had been working on bedroom but never finished painting bedroom especially behind the bedroom door. Tub was very old and looked dirty. Breakfast was from 6AM-9AM. No food left.

The ladies in the office were very nice!

The room was awful no towels, toilet paper, smoke alarm or a remote for the tv and only one outlet which had everything plugged into it, the dresser and a lamp were broken, a tile was missing in the bathroom ceiling kind scary lots of water damage.

The breakfast, the price was the most reasonable in the area ( it was Easter weekend)

A lot of disrepair such as ceiling leak stained ceiling tiles,in the lobby th entrance portico was falling apart and debris was left in the road. The bathroom floor was quite dirty, walls in our room need repairs and only partially painted esp in bathroom

location was great, all kinds of places to eat within a block of hotel

They let me check in early to a room that was already available, but charged me $25 to do so

Horrible perfume smell of the carpet deodorizer. Roaches all around sink. Bath tub stained, mold and mildew all around edges of tub and under edges of tub/shower. Breakfast,yucky tasteless

Easy to find ,easy to check in and out and price.

We found stuff left behind by previous travelers in and around the bed. There were no hangers to hang clothes with. The ice machine that was closest to us wasn¿t working so we had to go around to the other one.. Eggs were rubbery, biscuits were like rocks
