- Proximity to beach
- Location nothing else PERIOD!!!
- Location and area where great. Mostly quiet. Great walking places and very close to the beach. Apartment was clean upon arrival. Washer and dryer were great. Ceiling fans work. Fridge works. Comfortable couch and nice eating area. Porch eating area.
Cons -
- The Villa was dirty. Feces on bathroom door. Screens on screen porch ripped. Live roaches in bedrooms. Other bugs got in dogs water bowl within 2 min of placing on floor. Sticky floor. Stayed 1 night and checked out. Rickety steps up to Villa.Terrible!
- No Customer service, notv for 2 and half days,main bedroom bed was horrible completely wore out took 4 pillows to get center of bed up so we would not roll to the middle,could not get anyone by phone only wanted to speak thur email Just disappointed
- My kid opened the bedroom closet door and it fell on her because it's off track. Lights bulbs out on fridge and one ceiling. Toilet needs new flapper-wants to run. Nails sticking out around 3rd stair. Wear shoes. Beds are couch pullout quality.
