- They booked me into a smoking room. I didn't want to complain so I took it but I couldn't do it the lady was nice and got me a new room how ever the room had a horrible smell then my toilet broke so I got a new room after that week I was over it
- Could have been cleaner and the bathroom had no hooks or towel racks and the toilet was leaking around the base.

Bedbugs. I received 28 bedbug bites after sleeping about 4 hours. The front desk person apologized and put me into a different room. I was told the manager had received complaints about bedbugs in the room and he kept renting it out.
Location was the best part about the hotel.
I found a dead cockroach on the ground. The bathroom smelled awful with a lingering oder if you left the door closed. The room smelled stale in general.

l had to ask for the room to be cleaned, flies in the room. I could hear music and car traffic inside of the room.No swimming pool. I Will like a full refund for lack of service.

When I stayed four years ago my experience was a good one unfortunately this time it wasn't. The room was not that clean, the water in the tub didn't drip it ran the four days I was there. Every evening my room key was deactivated- there was no iron

The shower was not clean. The employee wasn’t very friendly but he did his job well. He wasn’t very welcoming.
