Great location, quality breakfast, nice ocean views, comfortable beds, very friendly and attentive staff.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and my only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower is very high.

The location was the best! Right on the beach and the view was phenomenal. We could walk to many places and it was a great place. The bed and room were so comfortable. The bell hops were so friendly and made our entrance so welcoming. The food at Palm and Pebble was great and the wait staff there was a well. The lazy river was a lot of fun. They also give you these bottles of water that were so nice to have. There was a filtered water station by the elevator that we used a lot. Our dog loved the place, too. He got some great treats and there is a nice pet restroom location.

There wasn't much! We wish there was a hot tub/spa, that would have been wonderful with the temperatures.

Clean, fresh, fun, friendly, super comfortable rooms with relaxing ocean views. Great location and a really cool vibe. Live music by the pool with direct beach access. This place is fantastic (and I’m Hilton diamond and Marriott platinum) so I’ve stayed in a hotel or two. I know this is a different chain but I gotta say they nailed it.

Nothing. But, it’s an older building like many in MB so the walls in the hallways and elevator are a bit dated, but in a clean retro kinda way.

The restaurant on site was great and staff friendly. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to many restaurants and attractions.

The hotel location was great. It was in walking distance to alot of restaurants and attractions. The check in process was very easy upon arriving. All of the employees were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was very clean. The bathroom was nicely updated. The bed was comfortable also.

The NOISE! Our room was on the first floor off of the main lobby entrance. There was dogs barking, a loud ice maker, babies crying with children and adults being loud. This went on until at least one or 2 in the morning and it started right back up as soon as the sun came up. Plus our room was opposite the pool outside so you could hear the band and people in and out of the pool. I don't recommend booking room 106! ALSO, we couldn't get the air conditioning to stop running so our room was too cold and it took us a while to get that regulated.

Literally everything. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The whole hotel was gorgeous. The pools were wonderful. And the ability to order food and drinks and have them brought out to us poolside was awesome.
