Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 23 can only check-in with a parent or official guardian. The same credit card used at booking must be presented with a photo ID at check-in. The guest name on the booking must match the credit card and photo ID presented at check-in. No additional charge for children under 3 years or younger. The property does not offer refunds for early departure or inclement weather. Guests will be issued parking permits at check-in, which must be displayed at all times. Parking is only provided for registered guests with valid parking permits. Please note 1 parking space is included in the room rate, and suites include 2 parking spaces. This property cannot accept personal checks as payment.
