Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Lexington By IHG

The hotel was quite clean. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, It is located in a downtown area of a small city; so its quite congested. Upon your approach to the hotel, it's a bit hard to spot.

The morning we were to leave my friend was suffering with an upset stomach. When my friend came downstairs after checkout she needed to use the restroom before heading to the car - I disagree that she was charged $2.00 to use the facilities in the lobby

Cleanliness and great customer service! The young lady who checked us in on 3/6 around 4:00PM was exceptional! :) Breakfast was fresh and had variety of foods available.

The hotel was clean, neat, and well run. The staff went out of their way to make everything very pleasant. The rooms were clean and neat.

The hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Lexington. This makes access to whatever is in Lexington excellent.

The rooms have no seating to help with comfort. In addition, the beds are made of springs that you feel and those springs don't offer support. I booked two nights, but the first night I was so uncomfortable I heard my thoughts all night and woke all night

The Staff was very positive, respectful, and helpful! The hotel was wonderfully appointed and quite clean.

The location is not ideal for me. The ironing board is too small (and the one in my room was broken). The bottom of the iron in my room was burned and it took 2 days for the hotel to get a replacement iron. I ent work in partially wrinkled clothes

During my stay the entire hotel was under a remodel. There was stuff everywhere lobby,hallways,elevators all outside. The fumes were alot.

Staff was unprepared when asked for a noon checkout. That should have been an immediate yes. Instead i got rude answers and waiting on the phone. Night staff person said no we are fully booked. As if one hour is going to make any difference to the hotel!

January 2022: Put us in a room where the window was blocked structurally by the porte co·chère. The structure allowed for a sliver of an opening to see out the window. What architect would suggest such a design. Definitely is ready for a

Clean, quiet. Didn't smell smoke on hallways and elevators as I often do in hotels.

If you¿re going to have an employee prepare breakfast on Labor Day you might as well do a full breakfast instead of a scaled down breakfast. Otherwise skip the breakfast and just give the employee the day off. In room coffee isn¿t good.

Awesome staff, okay breakfast, clean facility and clean rooms. We always stay here when in the area visiting family. Some very good restaurants on the same street - Creekside and Griffin Chophouse. Took a walk over the Lake Murray Dam!!!

Did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. Surfaces very dusty, desk had dried food/beverage. Blood on tissue box/bathroom wall. Stain on comforter. Dirty bathroom floor/hair all over/base of toilet dirty. Spill in refrigerator. Were sheets changed?
